About

The company was established as part of an ambitious project aimed at creating an integrated vertical copper cluster that brings together processing, production, and the manufacturing of a wide range of copper products. The core focus of the project is the development of a modern industrial platform designed for international markets and long-term, sustainable growth.

The company’s activities cover the entire copper value chain — from the collection, sorting, and recycling of copper scrap to the production of finished products, including copper ingots, cathodes, copper rod, wire, conductors, and cable products. This integrated approach ensures consistent quality, transparent operations, and full control across all stages of production.

The project is being implemented in phases. The first phase has already been completed and includes the launch of the core production facilities. The second phase of development is scheduled to commence in mid-2026 and will involve the expansion of the industrial complex, increased production capacity, and the deployment of additional advanced metallurgical and processing technologies.

The company’s team brings extensive international experience in the production and trading of copper products. This expertise spans multiple markets and industry segments, enabling the company to build efficient production, supply, and logistics processes.

Morocco was selected as the location for the production complex due to its strategic geographic position, access to major international ports, well-developed infrastructure, and a favorable regulatory and investment environment. These factors provide efficient logistics and seamless integration into global copper supply chains.
